Teeth aren't made for...






Can’t find the tool you need to open something, don’t use your teeth. There are lots of habits we have which can lead to problems with our teeth.

Chewing hard frozen chunks of ice can lead to chipping and cracking of the tooth. Removing the bottle top with your teeth will most certainly lead to a visit to the dentist.

Nut shells should be opened with a nutcracker not your teeth. Even keeping your lollies or chocolates in the fridge or freezer can lead to tooth damage.

Hair clips, biting fingernails, cutting the fishing line, tearing the sticky tape – all guilty of breaking teeth.
