Patient Information

What will happen at my first appointment?

We aim to make you as comfortable as possible. A typical first appointment includes an examination of the teeth and x-rays where required. We will discuss any issues that we may identify and together we will decide upon what treatment will be done. We will then provide a full quote and an outline of what we will be completed at any future appointments. Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to complete our new patient form. Alternatively we can email you a link to complete your information online.

There's no need to be embarrassed.

Whether you haven't been due to apprehension about pain, cost or embarrassment over what we might find, we understand and we don't judge. We aim to get your oral health back on track and then support you to maintain good oral health with regular check-ups.

For those who are unable to attend the clinic due to severely restricted mobility a limited home visiting service may be available upon enquiry. We have full disabled access.

We are an accredited dental practice.

Accreditation is an internationally recognised evaluation process which assesses the quality of care and services provided. It confirms our compliance with the National Safety and Quality in Health Service Standards and provides quality and performance assurance for patients.

Payment information

We accept all health funds, as well as payments via HICAPS and EFTPOS. HICAPS is quick and efficient, allowing you to claim treatment with your health fund at the time of treatment. Easy, interest free financing options are available. We welcome DVA patients, SADS referrals and VGDS/VEDS referrals. We bulk-bill eligible children under the Child's Dental Benefit Schedule. We provide student discounts to pre-school aged children as well as full time primary and high school students. We require payment at the time of treatment.

Disabled access

We have full disabled access in our Keith and Bordertown clinics. Disabled access to our Bordertown clinic is from the rear carpark, see map below. From Farquhar Street turn into the first driveway on the left (behind Tatiara Insurance Agency). Park at the back door of the 2nd building and ring the doorbell. Our Naracoorte clinic has disabled access via the front door.
